A Board of the New Mexico Supreme Court

     The Board Governing the Recording of Judicial Proceedings was created by the New Mexico Supreme Court in order to supervise the examination, certification, and conduct of court reporters and court monitors engaged in reporting judicial proceedings in the state of New Mexico.
     The Board Governing the Recording of Judicial Proceedings shall have the authority, under the supervision of the New Mexico Supreme Court, to make and promulgate reasonable rules and regulations governing the practice of court reporting and court monitoring within New Mexico.
